現在、当社や当社グループ会社の役員・社員を装った不審なメールが送信されているとの
お問い合わせを複数頂戴しております。
これらのメールは、差出人名に当社社員の氏名が表示されていても、
送信元のメールアドレス（ドメイン）が、当社ドメインとは異なります。
当社とは一切関係のない「なりすましメール」であり、当社が送信したものではありません。

不審なメールを受信された際は、以下の点にご注意ください。

• 差出人名だけでなく、送信元のメールアドレス（ドメイン）をご確認ください。
  当社ドメインと一致しない場合は、なりすましの可能性があります。
  ※「@katakura-jp.co」は、なりすましメールです。
• 不審なメールを受け取った場合は、返信、添付ファイルの開封、本文内リンク（URL等）の
  クリックを行わず、速やかにメールを削除してください。

[Important Notice] Beware of Suspicious Emails Posing as Executives or Employees of Our Company or Group

We have recently received multiple reports regarding suspicious emails that falsely claim to be from executives or employees of our company or its group companies.
Although these emails may display the names of actual employees in the sender field, the sender’s email address (domain) differs from our official domain. These are spoofed emails with no affiliation whatsoever with our company and were not sent by us.

If you receive a suspicious email, please take the following precautions:

• Verify the sender’s email address, not just the display name.
  If it does not match our official domain, it may be a spoofed message.
  Please note that emails from "@katakura-jp.co" are spoofed and not from our company.
• Do not reply, open any attachments, or click on any links (URLs) in the message.
  Please delete the email immediately.
